What is your shipping time?
Our shipping time for standard orders is 3-6 business days. For express orders, the shipping time is 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided and updated via email.

What is the returns process?
We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the return postage costs. Please include a tracking number with your return to avoid complications.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
